We are DBE/MBE/SBE and SWaM certified in 20 states and over 80 government (state and federal) agencies across the United States. We have facilities in Virginia Beach, VA, our principal location and Charleston, SC, and remote presences in Southwest Virginia.

At the inception of PEMCCO, Inc., our first customers represented the Federal Government to whom we provided support in the form of technical documents for systems integration and business case development.
