Our Company PEMCCO Incorporated is a minority-owned firm established in Virginia in 1995 and certified under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program through 2005. In early 1993, Prescott Sherrod, the company founder and President, began PEMCCO by providing consulting services assessing client readiness to automate their business processes and by preparing technical documents for systems integration and business development. By 1994, the company was providing management training, conducting management studies, and providing engineering support in the areas of fabrication design, new business proposal development, database management system conceptual design, and other computer-related services. PEMCCO, Inc. is also a Protégé in the DOD's Mentor Protégé program with Computer Sciences Corporation for the years 2003-2006. As PEMCCO continues to grow so do the services we provide, resulting in an integrated solution set that can be tailored to each client's needs As a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), PEMCCO is dedicated to becoming the best overall professional engineering and management service company in our industry.
